We are very happy to announce that most NPWS campgrounds, cabins and cottages will reopen from today, Monday 1 June. This is in line with the easing of holiday travel restrictions announced by the NSW Government for state wide travel.
Let the Adventures Begin – NSW National Parks Reopen
Please be aware though you are now required to make bookings for all NSW National Park campgrounds and campsites, so if you’re looking at getting away for this long weekend please ensure the campground is booked in advance. Bookings are essential to access the sites, and a measure that NSW National Parks are undertaking to prevent the spread of COVID by ensuring people are accounted for staying at the parks.
Some booking rules and maximum capacity at some campgrounds may have changed due to health precautions being taken, so please look on this site for further details when researching your preferred campground. NSW National Parks have advised that physical distancing and rules on public gatherings do apply. You can head to their website here for further information and updates.
