Our Policies

TSS ensures any personal information that you provide to us including your name, address, telephone number and email address will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of TSS.

As you browse www.theseeksociety.com, advertising cookies will be placed on your computer so that we can understand what you are interested in. Our display advertising partner, AdRoll, then enables us to present you with retargeting advertising on other sites based on your previous interaction with TSS.

Marketing Material

We will not issue you with any marketing material unless you have checked our ‘approve marketing material check box’ or signed up to receive exclusive offers and news from TSS. Relevant opt out options are provided on digital marketing material if you wish to no longer receive this.

Ordering

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include the applicable 10% Goods and Service Tax (GST). Orders will be processed in Australian Dollars (AUD) only and we do not accept payments in other currencies. We accept payment for goods via major credit cards or PayPal and all your information is securely transferred through an SSL encrypted connection provided by Stripe. Goods will be shipped promptly once full payment is received. We do reserve the right to change prices advertised on TSS website at any time.

Availability & Back Orders

In some instances it may be that an item is listed as in stock when in fact, it is not. If this happens we will contact you within 24 hours to come to an agreement on offering you a refund, placing the item on backorder or replacing with a suitable alternative.

Deliveries in Australia

Orders are processed as quickly as possible, typically within 1-3 business days of placing your order. We use Australia Post for deliveries throughout Australia, with the exception of larger orders such as our tents where we engage the services of a courier delivery service. Courier and post delivery times vary and we cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date so we recommend you allow plenty of time for your order to reach you, particularly if you live in regional areas of Australia. If you need an item urgently, please opt for an Express Post postage option at the checkout.

All delivery costs are normally calculated at the checkout. Australia Post deliveries are via the Registered Post service meaning a signature is required on delivery of your order. If you are not at home to accept your delivery, then a card will be left and your parcel will be available for collection from your nearest Australia Post office. The same system applies to all courier deliveries. If you would like the courier to leave your package without signing, please ensure you leave this instruction when you checkout. If you elect to have an order left without a signature, The Seek Society is not liable for any missing or damaged items.

International Deliveries

We use Australia Post for domestic and international deliveries, excluding tents (courier service). International shipping is available for all items, at your expense to most destinations. Some items may not be available for international shipping depending on carrier policies. Please visit the Australia Post website to source delivery timing to your relevant country. You should be aware that import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges internationally. Please check with your local customs office to find out what these additional costs may be. Returns

We believe you should be entirely satisfied with all your adventure gear and offer a simple return process. If an item is not what you expected and does not meet your expectations – we can exchange it or offer you a full refund. All refunds will be charged to the original form of payment.

Only items purchased through our online store will be considered for an exchange or refund. Items may be returned under the strict following conditions:

  • The item remains in brand new condition and remains in its original packaging and has not been used.
  • The item is returned within 14 days of purchase including shipping time.
  • A copy of a valid receipt is included with the item.

Please note all returns, refunds and exchanges are subject to TSS staff approval on arrival and may be rejected if the above conditions are not adhered to. All refunds will be inspected and may take up to 5 working days once received to be eligible and for a refund to be processed.

The Seek Society reserves the right to modify its return and exchange policy at any time.

TSS head quarters do their best to inspect each and every piece of gear that is sold to our followers. In the unlikely event of a faulty or damaged on arrival item we will cover the cost of the return. Please note that all of our products are hand crafted from natural materials such as canvas, leather and wood. This means variations in materials are natural and besides making your item look cool, it gives them just that little bit of extra character!

Returns on sale items

Unfortunately we have a no returns policy on sale items, unless your item is faulty, of course!

Misplaced orders

On the rare occasion your parcel evaporates into thin air and does not arrive within a rational timeframe please contact us on info@theseeksociety.com.
